Brake Shoe 2” Composition

Field of application: Composite brake shoes are used to ensure the essential braking efficiency of railway carriages.

Storage warranty period: 1 year from the date of shipment. If stored in a dry, covered place – 3 years.

Items are supplied in branded polythene packaging on pallets. Each item has a brand.
Stamped steel structure composite brake shoes are used with a maximum allowable shoe friction surface temperature of 500 C (short-term influence), a maximum allowable shoe friction surface temperature of 300 C (long-term influence), maximum allowable sleep speed up to 45 m/s, maximum allowable pressure of 1.3 MPa.
The shoes are workable at ambient air temperatures from -60˚ С to +50˚ С, also at +80 C (short term)
